A healthy sleep

During the night your body and mind recover and digest the daily impulses. A sufficient night rest contributes to a good health and enough energy to manage the daily activities. How many hours of a deep sleep you need varies from person to person. Some people function well on 5 hours of sleep, while others really need 8 hours to wake up fit and lively. Too much sleep does not provide a better energy level, over 9 hours of sleep usually is too much for adults.
